On 9th August, 2025, (Rakshabandhan & Upakarma Day) Sri Prasanna Veeranjaneya Seva Trust, Mahalakshmipuram, Bengaluru conducted a Blood Donation Camp.
Highlights of this Camps :
- This Blood Donation Camp was inaugurated by Vidwan Sri D Balakrishna, a celebrated Veena Player and the prestigious Central Sangeetha Natak Akademi Awardee.
- The Camp was organized by MKL Balaga, an NGO for Social Cause (its 82nd Camp) in association with (a) Lions Club of Bengaluru Sanjaynagar, and (b) Lions Blood Centre, Vasanthanagar Bengaluru.
- Collected 106 units of blood donated from yoga practitioners of SPV Yoga Kendra and devotees attended Sri Prasanna Veeranjaneya Temple at Mahalaxmipuram, Bengaluru.
- about 30 enthusiastic contributors denoted blood for the first time.
- Two Australians NIRs donated blood.
- A free Health Check Camp was conducted on the occasion by team (led by Dr Sharmila Bhat) of doctors and students from Ramakrishna Ayurvedic Medical college, Yelahanka, Bengaluru. Please view in the link below the pictures of the occasion
