Highlights of the Event were:
1. As a part of ‘Swachh Bharat Abhiyan’ our friends thoroughly cleaned the Event Hall and its surroundings on last Sunday, 29th September 2024.
2. Thanks to collective struggle and wisdom of many national leaders, our Bharat is all set to become the world’s third-largest economy by 2027, surpassing Japan and Germany: (source: Report by the investment banking firm Jefferies)… Our Latakka nicely depicted this fact in her Rangoli adorned on the stage today.
3. Sri Deekshith Kushalappa full time Karyakartha of and is totally involved in the activities of Disha Bharat, (a non-profit social initiative from with the objective to impart values in the higher education domain) was invited to be Chief Guest on the occasion. After working in banking, logistics and insurance sectors for 5 years, he left his professional life and choose the path of social service as his way of life. In the present era where youths are obsessed with material possessions, physical comforts and fame, it was amazing to watch in Sri Deekshith the simplicity and passion to serve the community, particularly the youths. Arriving on time, the Chief Guest shared interesting information and facts of two tall national leaders Sri Gandhiji and Lal Bahadur Shastriji. Giving illustrious background of these doyens, Sri Deekshith polished the patriotic fervor in the audience.
4. Following young and youths of our Yoga Kendra spoke well on the occasion:
a) Monish, 4th standard student, he also displayed Shastriji’s portrait he drew
b) Anvith another 4th standard student.
c) Vaishnavi 10 std drew good drawing of Gandhij
d) Rashmi, (MBA)
e) Saraswsthi M Com student and
f) Anvit,h 4th standard student drew, a nice on-the-spot sketch of Shastriji
5. After singing National Anthem and Group Photo Session, the program ended with tasty breakfast.
