In association with the Blood Bank attached to Sir C V Raman General Hospital, Indiranagar, Lions Club of Bengaluru Sanjaynagar, and SPV Seva Trust, Bengaluru, MKL Balaga, an NGO for social cause, conducted its 74th Blood Donation Camp at DiFACTO Robotics and Automation Pvt Ltd, Bidadi on 15 Nov 2024.
Highlight of the Camp were:
(1) DiFACTO provided clean and spacious hall for the Camp; well equipped CV Raman Hospital Blood Bank conducted the Camp efficiently;
(2) seven ladies volunteered and collected 7 Negative and rare blood units;
(3) There were about 20 first-time blood donors
(4) Total of 67 employees donated Blood (despite rejections of about 15);
(5) In our Eye Donation Pledge campaign of the day, 72 employees of DiFACTO volunteered to donated eye posthumously.
